Originally from Québec, I moved to Telluride over 30 years ago out of passion for the mountains, and after some time travelling the world and learning the fundamentals of French cuisine at Paul Bocuse, I came back and started offering my private chef services to the discerning Telluride community.
My cooking style might be described as no-fuss, yet gourmet. I like to give a thoughtful and inspired twist on French and American classics. Mediterranean and Asian touches also play a significant role in my cuisine. Why not ask me to cook that favourite dish your grandma used to make!
Seasonal as much as possible. Organic I would say at about 90%. Local, while we are at 9000 feet... I like to showcase the local delicacies as much as possible in the menus I propose.
We discuss the menu together, I source out the freshest ingredients, I prepare the dishes in my professional kitchen, and deliver them to your home, so that you can enjoy your meal at your convenience.
Private chef service means that I will go to your property, infuse your home with comforting fragrances from the kitchen, and will take care of everything, from setting the table, serving, and leaving your kitchen absolutely spotless.
You have made it up here to 10 000 feet, you should be spending all your time, enjoying your time, not worrying about planning and prepping meals. Let me take care of that part!
